Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

All returns must be approved before being mailed back.
Items sent without a return request cannot be accepted.
Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please start a return first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
